KUWAIT- The Kuwaiti cabinet, in its weekly meeting Sunday evening, welcomed the visit of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikha Hasina Wajed which aimed at further cementing bilateral relations and cooperation in all domains.
The cabinet, chaired by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, was briefed by Minister of Interior Lt. Gen. Sheikh Jaber Khaled Al-Sabah (ret.) over the visit by Georgian Interior Minister Vano Merabishivili which aimed at boosting bilateral security and anti-terrorism cooperation.
Minister of state for cabinet affairs Roudhan Al-Roudhan, in a statement after the cabinet meeting, said the ministers took note of messages sent by Chechen and Albanian Prime Ministers to His Highness the Prime Minister on bilateral relations.
The cabinet members, meanwhile, discussed parliamentary affairs, as well as political developments in the Arab and international scenes.
